Free parking and free breakfast this close to The Falls? Can't beat it! It is a simple breakfast of sausage, eggs, toast/bagels, and cereal. Also juices and milk. The staff was always on top of replenishing the stock while we were there. Plenty of seating for eating as well. Fallsveiw Indoor Water Park is directly across the road. The wifi - Worked quite well. We never actually had a problem. (Was worried after reading other reviews - But worked well) The water pressure was good. Shower head is a bit low if you're 5'10+ can make it hard - But doable. Beds and pillows were comfy. The pool is heated - It's small but good for a nice float. Tv's will take a Firestick. No USB on the tv so bring an extension for power. The staff; especially Rob the maintenance man. He went above and beyond helping us when our room wouldn't cool down because of the other room occupants next door. He even helped us switch rooms late at night. AMAZING. He even moved the fridge for us!

Nice hotel, exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here for any of my trips to Niagara. 1. Check-in was a breeze. We arrived early and were immediately given a parking pass, which is a huge bonus as parking is expensive outside, especially during holidays. 2. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfy, and well-lit. 3. Clean towels and toiletries were provided. 4. There was a good selection of breakfast, though we would appreciate having a fruit option as well. 5. The location was the best. Just a five-minute walk to the falls, rainbow bridge, and many other attractions. 6. The staff was helpful and polite. Overall, we had a great stay at this place. Highly recommend.

Check in staff were friendly, no hassle about reservation. When you walk in entrance you think you're in a posh hotel as there are railed balconies surrounding the main area going up to all floors. The room was quite spacious & clean. Our room was located not far from the pool on lobby level. Plenty of choice for breakfast like cereals, sausage & egg rounds, toast, bagels with toppings. Refreshments included teas, coffee, juices & hot chocolate. Stations filled often. Spacious area with lots of seating. A kind of wall separates this area from the pool. Nice temperature. Hotel was right across from casino! Love it! A short walk to Clifton Hill.

Very nice layout of hotel, very resort-ish. Would not expect this from the outside. We had a Family Suite, which was great. Keep the kids in a separate room! Small fridge included and ample ice machines available. Pool was small but very nice. Towels provided pool-side. Breakfast was in the Lobby area which sounds strange, but it is a huge area with plenty of tables. Options are simple but adequate and of course, free! Ample parking at this hotel and it is included as well. Fantastic value for what I paid.

The location was just off Clifton Hill which is the hub for entertainment and is very loud. We were just far away to not hear it. The pool was nice but crowded, the sauna was warming but not burning hot and the free breakfast options were a large selection from eggs and sausages, 3 types of cereals, English muffins, bread, bagels and many many topping choices; juices, coffee, tea and cocoa.
